ABOUT
A cultural platform for Persian-speaking design communities
D'HOT cultivates a design-conscious culture among Persian-speaking
communities by bringing design into everyday life, cultural memory, shared
experience, and the way people imagine the future.
D'HOT is a cultural platform for Persian-speaking creative communities,
bringing design disciplines into shared public experience —a cultural
institution in the making.
2026 ANNUAL LENS
Contained and Container
Contained and Container are two roles inside a living relation. Every
thing exists inside something, and what is contained by one
environment can become the environment for something else.
Every thing is both receiver and shaper.
Toronto is the base.
The Persian-speaking world is the field.
Design is the language.
Experience is the medium.
Culture is the outcome.
